What changed in v3.69.2
Updated to Subway Surfers 3.69.2 (24 Sep 2026) — the genuine Play Store base, not repacked 3.69.0. Rebuilt MOD on the new base for Android 14/15 stability where old 3.68.x builds freeze on Cosmic Crossroads loading. Added unlimited coins and unlimited keys from first launch, all characters and all hoverboards unlocked, unlimited boosters (jetpack / super sneakers / coin magnet / 2× multiplier), free shopping and no ads, infinite revives with keys. Verified offline World Tour works, no root.
Installing an older version
- Uninstall the newer build first — Android refuses to downgrade over an installed app.
- Back up your save if the game stores progress locally (Settings → Apps → Subway Surfers → Storage).
- Install the v3.69.2 APK, then block auto-updates in the Play Store.
